Your territory, nothing else
Pick one county, a metro area, any five counties, or the whole state. Every new permit in it, every week.
Best leads first
Each business is ranked by how much coverage it is likely to need, and the reasons it ranked are shown.
Before they open
Many permits list a planned opening weeks away, while the owner is still choosing coverage.
Notes and follow-ups
Mark leads called or quoted, add a note, set a reminder, or export them to your CRM.

Questions
Where does the data come from?
Official Texas Comptroller sales-tax permit records, published by the state. Businesses report this information themselves, so we label it as unverified.
When do I get my list?
Each week, as soon as the state publishes the new permits. Early members get the first editions by email.
Are these leads shared with other agents?
The underlying records are public. What you pay for is the ranking, the timing, and the delivery for your territory every week, without doing the work yourself.
Do leads include phone numbers?
We're finalizing phone numbers with the state. Early members will hear first.
Do you give insurance advice or contact businesses?
No. Coverage notes describe what is typical for an industry, for your reference only. We never contact the businesses on your list.
